The scheme that has been piloted in Middlesborough are going to be extended to;
Barking and Dagenham,
Reading,
Thanet,
Harlow,
Norwich,
Ipswich,
Plymouth,
Gloucester,
Derby,
Northampton, Mansfield, Nottingham, Coventry, Sandwell, Wirral, Blackpool, Salford, South Tyneside and Darlington.
You wouldnt think these places were hotbeds of public disorder - would you?
Reading for example - can a place like this, a feeder town for London with higher than average incomes be a "problem" town ?
Or is it an excuse for Big Brother writ large?
